SHIPPING COST

We provide FREE shipping for orders exceeding $150 AUD.

Flat post rate: $10 AUD
Australian Post: 2-7 business days 

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-3 days for our team to pick and pack your order. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our warehouse. 

DUTIES AND TAXES
Australia: Orders shipped within Australia include GST. Orders valued over $1000 AUD will incur additional duties and taxes. 

Please note that you are responsible for paying any duties and taxes upon delivery. We are not liable for replacing or refunding orders that get stuck in customs clearance.

ORDER TRACKING

After your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking information. We ship orders Monday- Friday, and tracking details will not be available on weekends.

You can enter your tracking number via Australia Post https://auspost.com.au/mypost/beta/track/search . 

If you did not receive an email with tracking details, please contact our team directly at info@giabathe.com.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDER

Once you have placed an order online, it is not possible to make any changes or cancel it. This is because our warehouse begins processing the orders immediately in order to facilitate quick shipping. Therefore, we advise you to carefully review the items, size, quantity, and address before finalizing your order. If you decide that you no longer wish to keep your purchase, you will need to request a return and send the unwanted items back to our warehouse.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

Giabathe is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen. If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping courier, Australian Post, directly for assistance. To get the most up-to-date information, make sure to provide your tracking details.

According to Australian Post, it is advisable to wait for 14 days before considering a package as lost. If you still haven't received your order after this time, you can file a claim through Australian Post's website. Here is the link: https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items.

In the event that you have official documentation from Australian Post confirming that your item was lost or stolen, please send it to us. We will then make arrangements to resend your order.
