WHERE CAN I PURCHASE GIA BATHE?

You can only find Gia Bathe products on our official website, Giabathe.com. Our swimwear, clothing, and accessories collection is not sold anywhere else online or at other retailers.

IS GIA BATHE SUSTAINABLE?

We prioritize sustainability in our beliefs and values. Our collection of swimwear is created using only the finest fabrics that have been made from regenerated and recycled materials. We have joined forces with ECONYL and REPREVE to ensure that our methods and actions contribute to a more sustainable and environmentally-friendly future.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, SIZING

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We provide international shipping services to the majority of locations worldwide. All packages will be dispatched from our main warehouse located in Melbourne. For additional details, kindly refer to the Shipping section on our website.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?

If you are an Australian customer, any orders valued over 1000 AUD will require you to pay import duties and taxes. However, if your order is below this amount, you will not have to pay any duties or taxes. For further details, please refer to the Shipping page on our website.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Please take a look at our Size chart page, which will give you a general idea of what size you may be. However, please keep in mind that each style may have slight variations in measurements, so it's important to also check the sizing information and fit tab for detailed size information for each item. If you find yourself in between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size, as our clothing tends to run on the smaller side. If you're still unsure about your size, don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@giabathe.com, and we will be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are handled on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed online, it cannot be modified or canceled. Our warehouse immediately begins processing orders to ensure prompt shipment of your items. Therefore, please carefully select your desired items, size, quantity, and address before making your purchase. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you must request a return and send back the unwanted items once you have received the order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Credit Card Payments - We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Paypal - is available for customers at checkout and can be used as an express checkout option. 

Apple Pay - is available for customers completing their purchase via compatible Apple devices.

Google Pay - is available for customers with registered accounts. 

Afterpay- is available for customers at checkout. Select Afterpay as your payment option and click ‘complete order.’ You will be redirected to the Afterpay portal where you can either login with an existing Afterpay account or create a new one. HOW DO I USE A GIFT VOUCHER/ PROMO CODE/ STORE CREDIT?

When you are prepared to complete your purchase and reviewing the items in your shopping cart, click on the "proceed to checkout" option. At this point, you will have the choice to apply a gift card, discount code, or store credit to your order. It is important to remember that only one code can be used for each individual order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

Our objective is to guarantee that all products we sell meet the highest standards and are of exceptional quality. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@giabathe.com with your order number and include a photo illustrating the issue. Upon receiving your request, we will promptly arrange a replacement for you.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?

Please email us at info@giabathe.com with your order number and style you’ve incorrectly received. Once we receive your request, we will ensure you receive your original order. 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Before you submit a request for returns, it is important to visit our Returns page and make sure you meet the necessary requirements. If you meet the conditions, you can follow these 5 simple steps on our Returns Center:

1. Enter your order number and email. Once you do this, your order details will be displayed.

2. Chose the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Select the reason for the return and specify whether you prefer a store credit or an exchange.

4. Submit your request.

5. We will reach out to you via email within 1-3 business days and provide you with the details of the return address.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Once your return is received at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. Please understand that it may take our team 3-5 business days to process your return and issue store credit or ship out the exchange to you.
