RETURNS POLICY
If you have a change of heart or any other reason, feel free to submit a request to return your item within 30 days of placing your order. Please note that only one return can be made per order. We provide two choices for returns:
1. Store Credit
2. Exchange of any item in our store (of equal or lesser value)

To return an item, it needs to be in its original condition, with the tags and hygiene liner still attached. It should not have been worn or washed. Additionally, it should be returned in the original garment bag. Please be careful when trying on garments, as any stains or odors, like perfume, will make the return invalid. When trying on swimwear, make sure to wear undergarments. If you return an item despite not meeting these conditions, it will be sent back to you at an extra cost. You must return the item to our warehouse before receiving a store credit or exchange. The availability of garments for exchange will depend on when we receive the return for processing. Please be aware that if you choose a cheaper item for exchange, we cannot refund the price difference. It would be better to opt for a store credit in this situation. Please note that accessories cannot be returned.
Please note that we can only process one return for each order. If you wish to return multiple items from the same order, kindly send them all together in one package.
We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
After your return request has been approved, we will send you an email within 1-3 business days. This email will include the return address details and a Returns Form that should be placed inside the package you are returning. It is recommended to use a registered postal service to return the goods so that you have a record of the tracking details. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any loss of the item during the return process. However, if the item is faulty, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
We do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning items for store credit or exchange. However, if you opt for an exchange, we will take care of the shipping for the new item to be delivered to you.
We understand that international shipping can be expensive, so we do not expect express shipping for returns. The returns period refers to the time frame in which you can request a return. Any original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the charges of returning items. When you request a return, you will have the option to purchase a pre-paid shipping label at a reduced price, or you can arrange and pay for shipping at your local post office.
We make every effort to process Returns on a daily basis, but it may take up to 3-5 business days for our team to complete the process. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification informing you that your store credit has been issued. If you have requested an exchange, you will receive another email notification once the new item has been shipped, including the new tracking details. However, please keep in mind that exchanges are dependent on the availability of the desired item at the time your return is received and processed by our team.
We deeply regret any inconvenience caused if you have received a defective item. To address this issue, kindly reach out to our Customer Support team at info@giabthe.com.
Please include your order number and provide images showing the fault. We will work closely with you to resolve the matter promptly. It is important to note that garments damaged due to regular wear and tear, accidents, failure to follow care instructions, or misuse will not be considered faulty.
Full-priced items are eligible for store credit/exchange.
Any items marked as No Returns are Final Sale and not eligible for returns. You’ll see this on the product page if applies.
Items purchased during a flash sale or promotion are eligible for either:
- Store credit (for the discounted amount paid); or
- Exchange for the same item in a different size (even if the price has gone up after the sale); or
- Exchange for any item in our store of equal/ lesser value, based on the price you paid for the item during the sale.
